We purchased a NEST for our part-time home. Of course we had difficulty in setting up which included calls to customer support. It was determined to obtain professional help. I called Brian for a professional install of the Nest Thermostat. I was having trouble installing the Nest on my (antique) HVAC system, and I gave him a call. He was able to get to my home and provide service right away. It happened that I had some wiring issues with my HVAC system, and he troubleshot it and got it online within more than a reasonable time frame. He was personable, professional, fair, and flexible for my schedule. I will definitely use Brian in the future for all my HVAC needs, and I will recommend him to others!

Used Brian for the first time yesterday to service a Goodman heat pump that has been giving me some problems. He showed up when he said he would and took the extra time to explain everything to me in detail when he was finished. That kind of service is hard to find in a HVAC guy. They normally always seem so rushed ready to move to the next job. I had my usual HVAC contractor cancel on me twice so that is why I decided to give Brian a try. So far so good. I happened on Brian's Mechanical quite by chance (he had a piano he called on me to work on) and was glad that I did. He thoroughly inspected my systems here at my work space and my house, and shared options for me to consider as well as his own recommendations for both longevity, quality, and affordability. I chose systems to use based on his recommendations and my budget, and Brian then ordered what was needed for my job. He worked until the job was completed including tests on all the new components to be absolutely sure the systems were operation correctly, and safely... even finding and repairing several leaks my previous furnace man missed.
